This jewelry is meant to be worn. Don’t worry about getting it wet. Work out, go dancing, go to the gym, sleep, swim, and sauna with it on. One thing to keep an eye out for is salt—you don’t need to be hypervigilant about this, but if you sweat in it frequently, it’s a good idea to make sure it sees soap and water at least occasionally.

custom work

I’m happy to do custom work, which can range from “this necklace in stock, but with a different closure” to “this one from the archive but with red jasper” to “something yellow with pearls and this chainmail”. Just contact me to get started on this. I have lots of material on hand, and generally pricing and turnaround on these is in line with in stock items unless it requires me to custom order new material.

sizing

To get your necklace adjusted to a length other than what’s listed and depicted, please let me know when you order. The best way to figure out what length to order is to measure a necklace you own (or a piece of string?) that fits how you want. Everyone’s necks are super super different from one another, so it’s very difficult to estimate this. If you’d like, for many of my necklaces, I can put an adjuster chain on the end opposite the clasp if you like the way that looks and want some options on where it wears.

adjustments and returns

As long as these events remain rare, I’m happy to make any adjustments, modifications, and repairs I can for free. Just let me know and get the necklace back to me.

You may return purchases for any reason by emailing me within 14 days of receipt for a full refund, which will be processed when the purchase is back in my hands. You will be responsible for return postage. (Within the US, that will probably run you like $6.)
